In his over 30 years of experience, Danny has helped senior leaders to make important strategic decisions on business focus and direction and to develop positive, enriching work environments that reinforce and leverage the organization’s culture and values.
Danny combines strong leadership development, change management, business planning, performance management, and group facilitation skills with a practical approach to developing unique solutions. Danny has held senior leadership and management positions in many organizations and he has worked closely with senior leaders and teams in both the public and private sectors. This experience has enabled him to develop key insights and has led to a proven and thorough understanding of the challenges and issues faced by senior management. He has helped clients to develop leaders throughout their organizations and to improve organizational performance.
Danny plays a key role in leading and delivering all of BlueKite's organizational transformation services. He helps leaders to focus, align and mobilize their teams and to make strategic, sustainable change in their organizations by creating shared knowledge, experience and commitment.

Backed by two decades of leadership experience at the very senior levels of the Canadian Forces and the Public Service of Canada, David’s coaching skills offer leaders exceptional support in their own professional and personal development.
As commander of Canada’s Air Force, as the Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for the Human Resources portfolio of the Department of National Defence, and as the Executive Director of the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, David exemplified a leadership style that focuses upon optimizing the effectiveness of individuals and teams to achieve sustained success. Having lived these experiences, he can readily identify with the preoccupations and challenges faced by today’s leaders in any organization and provide them with the key insights and support they require in order to grow and be successful. His skills as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) enable his clients to strengthen their effectiveness and resilience and to develop a renewed confidence in how they respond to the complexities of their professional and personal lives.
David’s broad experience with leading change in large and complex organizations also makes him a key element of BlueKite’s organization-building services. David knows how to help leaders move their organizations to new heights of performance and well-being.

Ron’s focus is on helping leaders build high-performance cultures. Ron has spent the past 35 years helping organizations effect positive, sustainable and bottom-line-enhancing change. He has been involved in organizational transformation in Canada, the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe and South Africa. Ron also works with the managers of these organizations, taking them through a process of personal transformation that enables them to build the behaviours and competencies needed for leadership in times of rapid and ongoing change.
Ron is a leader in delivering BlueKite's organizational transformation services. He is a noted speaker on the topics of leadership and cultural change. Ron is sought by CEOs and other senior executives as a leadership coach. His work on has been featured in CIO Canada and his white papers on public-private partnerships have been published in the UK’s Local Government Chronicle and Outsource magazines
His recently released book, Building Organizations that Leap Tall Buildings in a Single Bound, is a leader’s guide to the building of a high-performance culture.
